“Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead” is a great documentary on one man’s mission to only eat fruits and vegetables whipped in a blender to combat his excess weight. At various times I’ve done blending for up to 45 days straight and definitely felt the difference in energy and lost a bit of weight even in that short period. It should be kept in mind that you want to keep the blend at about 85% vegetables and 15% or less as fruits, so as to not take in so much fructose. Eventually, you find which vegetables you like the most and create flavors you enjoy as a substitute for heavy meals or all meals as he did.
