I have spent time over the years looking at varying approaches to a better diet. Of all that I have looked at, there are two diets which stand out. One is the Keto Diet and the other is the Intermittent Fasting diet. There is a bit of controversy over whether the Keto Diet improves health or has negative long-term effects on the liver and cholesterol levels. Following is an explanation of the diet.
