In another post, we looked at the basics of the Keto Diet. Here is now a look at the basics of the Intermittent Fasting Diet. Dr. Berg is well known for his examination of both of these diet approaches and I will put a link to Dr. Oz’s coverage of the basics in the comment section below.

  1. Yes intermittent fasting is easy. Just miss breakfast, and cut way back on sugar and dairy. I lost 8 kilos in 3 months. Easy to keep off if u have no snacks, and work in that 16 hour break from food. I never got hungry when I automatically ate 3 meals a day. With 2 meals, more time for food to leave digestion, more room, less crap inside my gut fermenting. Not a diet, just less food. Easy, whereas with a diet, you need to always be disciplined, and that’s difficult.
