After retiring at the age of 49 from the hamster-wheel existence of the Western lifestyle, I have lived an adventure as a traveling expat in Southeast Asia since 2012. Primarily in the Philippines and Vietnam. My primary Youtube channel (LifeBeyondTheSea) now has over 14 million views and I have done hundreds of consultations online helping men find solutions to their retirement and dating situations. 1. Yes intermittent fasting is easy. Just miss breakfast, and cut way back on sugar and dairy. I lost 8 kilos in 3 months. Easy to keep off if u have no snacks, and work in that 16 hour break from food. I never got hungry when I automatically ate 3 meals a day. With 2 meals, more time for food to leave digestion, more room, less crap inside my gut fermenting. Not a diet, just less food. Easy, whereas with a diet, you need to always be disciplined, and that’s difficult.
